Kapok tree is scientifically known as Ceiba pentandra. It  is a majestic tropical tree native to Central and South America, West Africa, and Southeast Asia. Renowned for its impressive height. This deciduous tree can grow up to 70 meters. It thrives in outdoor environments, making it unsuitable for indoor gardening.

A key speciality of the Kapok tree is its seed pods, which contain a cotton-like fiber used in stuffing pillows, mattresses, and life jackets.
