Refund policy

Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation of your placed order is valid till the shipment is not left our facility which is 1-2 days typically, in that period if you wish you can cancel your order and claim for the refund. We currently do not accept returns/cancellation on the shipped orders, If you have an issue with your plant or tree, please give us a call as soon as possible so we can provide expert assistance and work to provide a replacement or refund if needed.

Conditions for Replacement or refund:

  • The product is totally different from what you ordered & was not informed beforehand for the same.
  • Refunds for Pots and plants will be accepted only for Damaged/ Defective products. Refund will be provided only in case replacement for the same product is not available.
  • Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged/ Defective product maximum within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Please do not accept any products with damaged/ tampered packaging (excludes normal wear & tear and markings on the outer surface of the package, acceptable in the transit process).
  • Products/ Items should be UNUSED.
  • If any products are damaged post-delivery, these orders shall not be accepted for refund.
  • product on sale will not be refunded, only replacement available if damaged.

 

Refund Policy

Orders delivered & accepted by the customer cannot be refunded. In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact our customer care team immediately in 24hrs.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction


These terms and conditions shall only be governed by the law of India and any legal disputes/discrepancies will be heard or preceded in the jurisdiction of the Indian courts at Bhopal only.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
