Guggul plant is scientifically known as Commiphora wightii. It is a small, thorny shrub native to the arid regions of India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. Known for its resin, which has been used in traditional Ayurvedic medicine for centuries. Guggul thrives in outdoor, dry, and rocky environments.
