Native to Southeast Asia, the Split Milk Aglaonema is known for its ability to thrive in a variety of conditions. Like other aglaonema, It is an low maintenance plant, making it a perfect choice for those who don't have a lot of time to care for their plants. Simply water it once a week and keep it in a well-draining soil and you'll be rewarded with a healthy, vibrant variegated 

  1. Light requirements: Place your Aglaonema Modestum in bright, indirect light. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight as it can scorch the leaves.
  2. Temperature and humidity: Keep the plant in a warm environment with temperatures between 65°F (18°C) and 85°F (29°C). Maintain moderate to high humidity levels, around 50-60%.
  3. Watering: Water your Aglaonema when the top inch of soil feels dry. Avoid overwatering, as it can lead to root rot. Ensure good drainage by using a well-draining potting mix.
  4. Fertilization: Feed your Aglaonema Modestum with a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer during the growing season (spring and summer). Follow the instructions on the fertilizer packaging for dosage and frequency.
